H&S West Coast Swing Tutorials is operated by H&S Dance Professionals LLC. This policy explains how we handle information through our Uscreen tutorial platform, memberships, and related customer communications. Contact us at info@hugoandstacy.dance.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, purchasing a membership, contacting us, or participating in available platform features. This may include your name, email, contact and billing details, membership and purchase records, and correspondence. Uscreen also records activity such as video viewing history, progress, favorites, playlists, and comments when you use those features.
We use this information to provide tutorial access, administer memberships and purchases, respond to questions, support customers, prevent fraud, secure the service, and understand and improve our content. Required account or checkout information is needed to provide the relevant service.
Payments are processed by the platform's payment providers. We do not store full credit card information ourselves; we retain purchase and transaction records. Uscreen hosts and operates the platform and processes information to provide account, video, billing, email, and support features. Other providers may help us deliver communications and administer our business. They receive information needed for their services, subject to applicable arrangements.

The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as login, sessions, security, checkout, and remembering preferences. Technical and usage information may include IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages visited, and interactions with videos and services. Some technologies support measurement and service improvement. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, or other features from working. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
We may retain customer contact information and send news about tutorials, classes, events, and related offers where permitted by applicable law and consent requirements. You may unsubscribe using a marketing email's unsubscribe link or contact info@hugoandstacy.dance to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account, purchase, security, or service communications. We keep information needed to honor your opt-out.
We retain information only as long as needed for membership and service administration, purchase and accounting records, customer support, security, legal obligations, and permitted future marketing. We review retained information at least annually and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Marketing stops after you opt out. Account deletion is subject to Uscreen's platform processes; separate purchase, accounting, support, or legally required records may need to be retained longer. We do not promise that every business record will be erased within 30 days of account deletion.
We may disclose information to service providers, where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell our customer contact lists. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. Please protect your account credentials.
You may update available account information through your account settings. Contact info@hugoandstacy.dance to request access, correction, deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Depending on the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted. We will post changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice when required.
